「From the moment we arrived at the Bliss, Nong and the other staff made us feel very welcome. Their hospitality was second to none. The breakfasts are every bit as good as the reviews said they’d be and they’re up there with the best breakfasts I’ve had anywhere in the world. 「We booked a villa. The scenery was beautiful, the resort had numerous issues which affected our stay. The toilet/shower doors were very difficult to close due to warping and lack of maintenance. The front light didn't work, so the room was dark. The air-conditioning hardly worked and only barely managed to keep the room cool at night (between 8pm and 6am). 「A must visit. This hotel was so peaceful and relaxing, lovely room and amenities. The staff are amazing - I accidentally left a ring in the bathroom and after checking out, they posted it free of charge to Chiang Mai for me! 」

「The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, by the side of the river, close to the entrance of the park and the dam. It is also surrounded by a few good restaurants, within a 5-10-minute drive. The owner offered an upgrade to a room with A/C on arrival for a little extra. She was also very helpful with transportation time tables and activity bookings.
