「Met in car on arrival, shown where to park and room. Lovely hotel, wine tour was good, wine tasting was excellent and our expert was very good at describing the wines, brandy and cha cha. Cooking workshops were good fun and you are what you made! Food in restaurant was really nice. Breakfast was nice, but the weakest link of the whole stay. Not replenished and when you could find the server, brought Luke warm coffee. 」

「This property is ofcourse not 3 stars hotel, the experience of sleeping on a smelly bedsheets was a disaster, if anything missing in the room we should go down and ask for because there was no phone in the room to call the room service or reception, in the first night there was plenty of insects in the room... I didn't have any other choice than just taking another hotel since there was no refund policy in the hotel even though the stay the first 2 days was a disaster and the last 2 days there...

「Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast Buffett was filling and had good varieties. The hotel is very close to the airport. There was no pool or sauna, but most of the staff were smiling and professional especially Nino, she is a charm.」
