“Opholdet vil jeg ikke anbefale. Ingen fra personalet kunne tale engelsk og de kom med vores morgenmad en dag 2 timer efter vi havde bestilt den. Vi fik et værelse men der var så ulækkert at vi fik lov til at få et andet, det var bedre men ikke noget lækkert overhovedet. Placeringen var heller ikke god for turister. ”

“Location: located in a shoe wholesale complex, no restaurants or attractions nearby. Comfort: limited hot water access, toilet smell like sewer and has cockroach. Room sound proofing not great. Amenities: basically nothing but restaurant does make good food. ”

“The hotel was inviting. The buffets were pretty good, but the staff could be a bit more attentive/trained. Drinks for meals at the buffet often didn't arrive before the end of the meal. Water took a long time to get as well as coffee of any other drinks. Other than that, the coffee shop staff were always friendly and professional. The room had zero storage space for clothes except for a small closet to hand 3 or 4 items. No drawers at all, and very little space for luggage. The bathroom……

“hotel was good but food was pathetic and looked like days old, however the staff was very friendly, room was very well maintained and comfortable.”

“We paid at high price and I think the hotel is over pricing their room in the peak tourist season. All staff we met are very friendly, room is cleaned and we were upgraded to a two room suite with a private pool. Yet, the pool water was not clean and the room was old. Foods are generally good to be fair. We had chicken biriani and the chicken was not cooked, the chef came to apology and provide us a special ice cream with seasonal fruit. it was a good surprise to us. There are so many stairs……

“Hotel was comfortable, spacious room, good customer service ”

“When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Large bed, plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping. A nice swimming pool on the roof an ideal place to cool off after sightseeing. There was a good variety of English and Indian style foods for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff who provided us with a complimentary packed breakfast on the day of our departure as we had a 5.30am start. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in……
