Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful property, could not have been happier with it. We had 8 in our group (6 teenagers and 2 adults), and everyone had their own with plenty of bathroom options.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good space in the house, but it needs new carpet and paint. Too many personal items and food were left by the owners for it to be a comfortable rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our vacation with extended family. It was very clean and provided all we needed for the week. Hillary with the management company was very responsive with any questions we had. There was a showing for a prospective buyer during our stay and she worked with our schedule to minimize any inconvenience. It's a short drive to the closest beach boardwalk. We would rent through ESPM again and will consider them for our next visit to Kiawah.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was very nice for a rental home. The quality of furnishings and decor was more like a regular home (I.e., not cheap rental quality). Home has high end appliances and fixtures. The kitchen is equipped with much nicer utensils, pots, pans, etc. than you would find in the usuall beach rentals. Loved the back porch overlooking the marsh. Neighborhood is beautiful too. Home is a little far from the beach to walk, but it’s an easy bike ride and there is a little parking lot at the beach if you want to bring a big load of stuff. If this house had pool access or a hot tub, we would rent again this summer. The house was also spotless.
