Great Stay on Kiawah

The Magnolia House is a great house for families - tons of space, lovely entertaining areas, and incredibly close to the beach! We had a lovely time during our stay!

Exemplary Kiawah Rental

My family and I have rented nearly 20 homes on Kiawah for 1-2 weeks of summer vacation, and this home was by far the very best in terms of size, amenities, location, and the check-in process.

Great Spot

This was a perfect home for our large group. Great location close to the beach and amenities. Importantly, the property manager was very helpful with any questions. She gets a gold star as do the owners.

Lovely stay.

The home was very nice and had everything you could need for a beach vacation. The home was well equipped and very close to the beach. Communication with manager was great. Would definitely recommend this home - a great home for a large group.

Awesome space for large families

We are a rather large family with ages ranging from 75 down to 4. 5 total couples, and we were totally comfortable here. There's plenty of space to eat, relax, cook, and sleep. Loved it and would come again.

Beautiful home very close to the beach

The house was perfect for our large family. Lots of space to spread out, perfect game rooms upstairs for the kids. Spacious and very well appointed. Beach chairs and toys available. Very short walk to the beach via boardwalk close by. Definitely recommend.

Home away from Home!!

We had the best vacation ever!!I have been coming to Kiawah for over 30 years, this was one of my favorite houses to rent!! This home was perfect! It had everything we needed!! Very spacious and beautiful! It’s just a few minutes to walk to the beach! Robin was so great, was there when we got there to show us around! Very sweet and helpful! Would rent again 100%!!

Great living space for our group

We are a family of 7 including our care-giver and we require room to get away from each other! This house was PERFECT for our family. The A/C actually went out upstairs in the kids area but the rental company was able to get it fixed the same day. Would love to rent this home again on our nexr visit

Great week at the beach. Exactly 185 second walk to the beach. House was immaculate, everything in great condition. Kitchen is commercial grade. TVs with full cable and streaming/gaming ability in nearly every room. Quiet, safe neighborhood in Vanderhorst. Property manager provided personal walkthrough. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely perfect

Beautiful large home on Kiawah Island perfect for a large family. Short walk to beach access. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this property. Can’t wait to go back !!
