If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival

Kihei Surfside Resort is a unique six story oceanfront property located in South Kihei offering 180 degree views of the clear blue Pacific. The property and adjacent Keawakapu Beach together provide excellent locations for stunning sunsets, snorkeling, swimming, romantic beach strolling, and seasonal whale watching. Kihei Surfside Resort features an oceanfront pool area giving you the comfort of a pool setting with the beauty of a day at the beach. An oceanfront lawn with a wrap around view and gas barbecues is the envy of the area and the resort offers free parking to guests. The unit interiors include fully equipped kitchens, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linens.

Kihei Surfside #503 now features split duct A/C in the bedroom and living room.

We already knew the surfside, it’s great. Ali’I was great too, even while they had to do maintenance at the place when we were there (stuff happens) the logistics and the contractor were great! Thank you!

We loved our stay here. The weather is drier and sunnier this side of the island and the location is central to everything. Great beaches and snorkeling near buy with gorgeous views!!!

A Perfect vacation at Kihei Surfside. The condo was clean and updated throughout. The grounds are beautiful with a professional friendly staff. A Fully stocked kitchen. An Amazing view, we watched the turtles swim from our lanai. Great communication, Ali’i responds immediately to any questions or concerns. Check in and check out was super easy. The only suggestion we have, is to provide more than one beach towel per person, one day at the beach or pool, the towel is done. Just pack an additional one. There are many bath and hand towels.:) The bed was very comfortable, good support with a nice pillow top/topper. Note: there is no air conditioning in the unit as described, so be prepared to open windows at night and close everything up during the day. Fans are provided. We like it warm so it wasn’t an issue, but could be a problem for some. Thank you

On this trip to Maui to celebrate my wife's retirement / birthday we decided to stay on the Kehi side of the island. We chose the Kehi Surfside Condos as out location. We reserved a unit on the 5th floor corner with an amazing ocean view. We had an awesome time. Amazing accommodation with awesome sunset each day for 10 days. One of the better condo locations in the area. Highly recommend this complex.

Communication before arriving was great - we received all the information we needed. Check in was a breeze. The view was incredible from this unit. The kitchen and condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels, and binoculars. It could have used a little more detailed cleaning, but I am pretty picky. Will definitely stay here again!

This unit is exactly as described. My husband and I had a wonderful time. The unit is perfectly stocked for cooking and hanging at the beach. The unit is spacious and the view is spectacular. We received great communication from the host to make sure everything was as expected. Check in was a breeze. The location is perfect and close to whatever you need. Great beach on the door step and close to many other beach’s. Restaurants etc are within walking distance, but a car is great if you want to explore. I would definitely return when I return to Maui.

This property is in a great location. It is oceanfront with a spectacular view. The pool and grounds are a beautiful. The beach path allows you to explore both North and South. A sandy beach is only a few hundred feet away. Countless whale (winter) and turtle sightings from the balcony. The property is one bedroom condo with all the amenities you'd expect.

Very nice condo with a gorgeous view of the water & sunset. Great spot close to both Kihei and Wailea. Well equipped with everything you need for cooking & beach. Some construction going on while we were there, but the apartment is lovely. Just do be aware, there are lots of chickens and roosters & no A/C, so if you sleep with the windows open you will definitely be woken up by them at the crack of dawn.

The unit as described is absolutely beautiful. The views took our breath away. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We bbq’d nightly. The bed was comfy. And the best part is we saw a ton of whales from the patio. It’s the nicest unit at this property!! We love Kihei surf side and will be back to this unit for sure!! My husband and I stayed at this condo for one week. It is exactly as advertised. Check in was so simple and contactless. We dealt with Ali’i resorts during the process and they were very quick to respond. The room had all the comforts of home. Every kitchen supply you could want/need. They had bed sheets and toilet paper and paper towels and foil. Even some oil and seasonings. The view from the room was the best feature. We sat there every day. The sunsets from this condo are so beautiful. Many people pull up chairs in the lawn to watch the sunsets from here. One man even went down to the rocks to play the violin during sunset. Beautiful. 2 minute walk to 5 Palms restaurant. Close to the downtown area also. Grills were great. Loved staying here!

We know Maui well having owned two condos here over the past ten years. We always wanted to stay in this building and glad we did. You can’t go wrong. Beautiful beaches and lots of good restaurants nearby. Or you can stay in and cook and watch whales from your deck!!

We stayed at Kihei Surfside #503 for 9 nights and started talking about returning on day 2. The condo is updated, well appointed, and clean. The only issue that we had was when the trade winds died down; you really notice the lack of a/c then. But, thankfully, the trade winds always come back. We recommend this condo and hope that we're lucky enough to stay here again some day.

This was our first time to Maui. What a beautiful place! And this condo was PERFECT!!! It has everything you can imagine. If you want quiet..you got it. If you want people..they meet every night on the green. If you want turtles..WOW! Easy access to everything you need. And this condo is the perfect place to rest. I truly enjoyed my morning cup of coffee on the balcony listening and watching the waves. When the hurricane was coming toward us, the facility kept us up to date and well informed. We discovered the toaster wasn't working (great shock to my husband, the bread king) it was very quickly replaced and upgraded! We will be coming back her for sure and will stay here again.

First time staying at Kihei surfside. When we return, we want to stay in 503 again. Really nice having 1.5 baths. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Balcony was great place to sit and watch sunset. Spent lots of time out there reading, relaxing, watching turtles in front of condo. Enough room that we had dinner on balcony one night.
