「Pros: Freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Bei auftretenden Problemen, einfach ansprechen. Es wird kurzfristig gelöst. Ich war beruflich knapp 3 Monate dort und habe nichts zu beanstanden. Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Fehlt nur noch der Blick aufs Meer. Die dort heimischen Vogelarten machen sich einen Spaß daraus, auf Autos zu ka..en. Es sind echte Spassvögel.」

「endroit arboré autour de nombreux mobile home de toutes sorte. le Fika Cube est bien isolé par son micro-jardinet terrasse! parfait pour qq jours de découvertes de la région et surtout en vélo depuis le Fika Cube pour toutes les activités (la superette tout proche est idéale, mais bien cher!!)」

「Prima huisje, rustig buurtje (rond Oud & Nieuw geen vuurwerk overdag, alleen bij de jaarwisseling een half uurtje). Het meer is helaas niet vrij toegankelijk (alleen in de zomer tegen betaling), bij natuurgebied Wisseler Dunen kun je leuk wandelen met de hond.」
