“The breakfast staff, front desk and clean staff were excellent. The room was very nice, but the room was very humid. Everything felt very damp. That is my only complaint. Parking accommodations are excellent. Close to many places to eat.”

“The entire hotel is under construction. The breakfast area, front door area and all the hallway on the third floor was under construction. No breakfast area access. The room was adequate but I stayed three nights and not once did the room get made up. So no fresh towels, no tossing out the trash. The front desk must be manned by only one person b/c I rarely saw anyone there. The TV did not work on the third night, no internet I suppose. Had to watch tv on my phone. I visit Longview three to……

“Breakfast was fine. Basic fare. We had an issue with our room upon check in (AC was not working). But front desk moved us immediately, even noting that they knew about that room, but thought it had been fixed, so overall no big deal. Both rooms however, the tile/LVP in the entry way was cracked and falling apart. The hotel needs a refurb. But, overall it was clean, and worked for a one night stop on our trip. Would (and very likely will) stay here again.”

“Staff was great , breakfast was edible but not good, I kept waking up because of the smell of mold and humidity, the pool was closed, but I picked this place last minute and just stayed there one night. I went with my husband and two kids. Not ideal.”

“I didn’t like the fact that nobody cleaned my room. I was asked one time did I need house keeping. I passed someone in the hall that asked if I needed anything but never identified themselves as staff so I just said no. I liked that it had a microwave and mini fridge. The bed was okay but could have been much better. The door has an opening in it as if the door wasn’t all the way closed. They made me put up a pet deposit even though I had no pet with me. The price was reasonable but all……
