3-Story Townhouse in Colington Pointe!
Experience coastal living at its finest at Sunrise Promise, a stunning 3-story townhouse nestled in the serene Colington Pointe community. This new addition to the Seaside family offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm, promising an unforgettable Outer Banks getaway. Take advantage of a short walk to the Colington Pointe Community Pool and Sound Access and enjoy quick and easy trips to the beach as well as a short drive to Kitty Hawk, the Wright Brothers Memorial, and Jockey's Ridge State Park!
On the Top Level, step into an open and inviting living space where large windows bathe the room in natural light. Relax on plush seating and enjoy the seamless flow into the dining and kitchen areas. The well-appointed Kitchen boasts modern stainless appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to whip up your favorite meals while the whole house water filter ensures filtered water throughout the home.
