Location was great, house was fine
You can't beat the location of this house in Kill Devil Hills, easy access to the beach, ice cream shop next door and pizza a block away. I will say there are some uncomfortable exposure points. Anyone can walk off the street and up the front steps of the house, or can walk from the parking lot next door right into the back steps and pool area.
The house itself was fine, needs a lot of updating. Stove and washing machine are at least 30-40 years old. Deck needs attention as there are a lot of slivers of wood sticking up all over. Lamps seemed to be falling apart,
I give the homeowner credit for getting a tech to fix the washing machine pretty quickly after we called in an issue.
