Grand House

Four families that have always stayed in Hatteras until this year. This is our favorite house to date and being close to stores was great. Quality decorations, furniture, and beds and the pool bar lounge was money. We’ll be back.

Enjoyable stay!

We had a nice week with family meeting from multiple locations. Everything was clean and organized and the location/access to all he each was great. Communication and response from property management was fantastic. A few suggestions for a more optimal stay: check AC system for the upstairs as the high temperature made it uncomfortable to enjoy sometimes; the shuffle board table needs to be updated to play; pool water fall only worked sometimes and filter didn’t seem to work well. Last - for the size of the home, the driveway needs to be expanded to allow for cars to come/go without having to rearrange. Thank you for a good week!

The house is lovely, the parking is a nightmare. That was not explained well. Landscapers made a mess in room by the pool, I called weeks ago to find out if there was a Keurig they said yes but there was not one. I had to go buy one. I called about chairs they told me there were 5. Told the kids to bring a chair if they had room. I thought it cheap to only have 1 roll of TP per room and I paper towel stayed in much less costly houses and they had many more amenities provided. House sleeps 30 I can’t imagine how they parked we only had 15. We had fun and we were together that’s what counts.
