KDH Stay JUNE 2025

The property worked well for family including our two dogs. Close to beach, stores, all appliances were used and they worked well, enough bedrooms to accommodate. Kitchen stocked well as we cooked most meals. Big complaint was house was not cleaned well before arrival. Food wrapper in cabinet, fruit in fridge, a pair of socks, 15 piles of dog manure in various stages of size and age in the yard. We still give four stars as it did not wreck the stay.

Short distance to beach is a plus

Check in was simple and easy, communication was perfect. Great distance to the beach access. Short walk or you can drive and park at the beach access. We had more than enough space for 5 people! Perfect location to shops and restaurants. The hot tub was so clean and they come to clean in the middle of the week, that was so warm on the colder nights we had. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Since the home is dog friendly the basement needs a deep cleaning, however we didn’t stay in the basement just walked through the basement door to keep beach chairs in the garage.

Nice Beach Rental

Loved the fenced yard and gated deck for dogs. There was an issue with ants in the kitchen area. It appeared to be addressed with ant traps placed in a few locations, however it was not working. Overall, the house is a great property for families with pets.

Great place to stay with family and friends!

Stayed here for a week with my family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and friends (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Plenty of room for us all and we enjoyed it. Would stay here again!
