“The place was very clean and a lof of space. The staff were also very helpful and polite. My friends and I had a lot of fun. The only problem we had was the limited hot water which meant we had to shower in cold water sometimes because we couldnt wait for the boost button. However, overall we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely go again some other day. ”

“The Derg House was perfect for our stay with lots of space and wonderful views from the house and from the garden. We enjoyed all aspects of the house with seating areas for all types of activities. Around the fire pit in the evenings was an especially lovely time and we saw the Aurora Borealis which was very special. Definitely a prime location for trips and for seeing family in near-by Nenagh. “I spent all of July and August at Sean’s Lodge at Stonepark and I loved every minute of it. The Lodge was fully equipped with everything I could possibly need to have a comfortable stay and Sean was incredibly kind and helpful. The lodge was quiet and in a beautiful country location but only a 20 minute drive to Portumna and a 30 minute drive to Nenagh. I would definitely love to stay at the Lodge again. 10/10”

“The house was lovely, clean, well furnished (in a way that makes you feel like you’re visiting somewhere special), and spacious. We loved waking up in the morning to the spectacular views and returning home after sight seeing to a company friendly kitchen and comfortable living room. The hosts who passed off the keys were an added treat: gave us the inside scoop to get away from more touristy attractions to more local ones, and made us feel like we were friends.”

“Good location! Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. Only complaint was the shower drain is VERY SLOW to drain. You stand in ankle high water and if your shower lasts longer than 5 minutes it starts overflowing into the bathroom. Breakfast buffet is a great deal!”
