「This place is amazing! I love a nice independently run, mid-size hotel that offers a higher level of care and service than its name-brand counterparts (Best Western, Comfort Inn, etc.) The rooms are spacious, clean, and well laid out. 「The staff was very accommodating and friendly as we had double booked a room through Expedia and bookings.com. He was able to swiftly change one to the next night. The room is clean with well maintained walls and floors and appliances. Sturdy furniture. 「Our stay was good, but I would have liked to know ahead of time that there was construction on the front facade and the front parking lot was closed to guests and parking was limited. Also some indication as to where to enter would have been helpful. The staff was GREAT. Out room was small, the bathroom sink was leaking and we had to get all new hand towels as they were soaked and we put the recycling bin under to catch the water for the remainder of our stay, the bathroom door did not close...

My only complaint is that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. Just a thought; put some signs up near the beach/grass area stating, Please do not disturb the geese and goslings.
