“My 27 year old son and I came to visit Donegal, the ancestral home of his father’s family. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed Buncrana. We drove up to Malin Head through stunning scenery and visited sites in and around Buncrana. Julie was a kind and accommodating host. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a full kitchen on the outskirts of Buncrana. “Very pleasant stay at Jacks place. Very cosy and homely house. Great location to all amenities. Front bedroom slightly noisy due to road noise but didn't bother us. Diffently will rebook again .”

“Marvellous garden with viewpoint and waterfall inviting for scenic walks.Real Vintage Object within silent coutryside.Restaurant Waters Edge direct at the bay shore is 1st class.Kind host immetiately cared about any item.”

“We’re traveling with our mom who is 83. She no longer climbs stairs. The stairs are steep and we had trouble with the stairs for her state of age. Not really a house problem, but something I think renters should know. ”

“This was a family Easter break with my children and grandchildren we all had a good time going to the beach and exploring the beautiful beach and coastal drives The beach is walking distance from the house which was great as we had two children under 5 who could have stayed there all day The house was perfect for us very home from home with everything you need suppled the only down fall was the 10 o clock check out especially with the children but definitely would stay here again ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. I stayed with my elderly father and my two children aged 5 and 6 years. It was so close to the towns of both stranolar and ballybofey and also only approx 20 minutes to letterkenny so was perfect location wise. House was clean and tidy and beds were really comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The house is located on the Main Street in stranolar which is a busy road with traffic, however, although we could hear the traffic at night,……
