「Fantastic property, perfect for a large family group. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable. Nice large kitchen with plenty of storage and a large fridge/freezer. 「Property is in need of a little TLC. Bathroom tiles cracked and dirty. Oven knobs missing, door wobbly and pictures to show which ring etc rubbed off, pot lid handles cracked, glass light shades cracked/broken. Many walls have been filled with filler but not painted. However this did not take away from our break with family. 」

「Wonderful location.Bothy was very well equipped .Great to be able to sit out side on the decking having a coffee and looking on to the loch where I saw a family of seals most days.At night it was great to have a very comfortable bed to sleep in and in the morning have a refreshing in the spacious shower.The family who own the bothy also provided an electric fan because the weather was very hot .Looking forward to going back sometime because it is such a beautiful spot.」

「We booked at the last minute fir 2 nights as we were delayed sailing to Isle of Barra due to bad weather. Melfort was perfect for us to relax and begin our holiday, the family loved the pool and we had a lovely walk. The cottage was great. Most important the staff were just so helpful, they could not do enough. We are already recommending to friends.」
