「Everything was perfect about the stay and the staff went above and beyond to let us check in late! However, it was shown on Expedia that we would be staying in the castle and that is under construction until 2029. Until then you have to stay in the townhouses - which were spectacular but it was not the castle, as advertised.」

「I love this hotel very much. Everything is perfect, esp the Irish breakfast, that's amazing.」

「it was great, whatever the staff , faculties or others services . But the location was far from city center . It was good for relaxing. I would like to like here again .」

「The staff are amazing, so helpful above and beyond. Accommodate any request , have traveled many places this was truly the best staff ever. Including the breakfast staff wonderful people. Went from Canada for a wedding, made our experience wonderful. Thanks Castle Arch!」

「員工服務非常好 比預期的好非常多」

「Booked for a quick trip over to Ireland to visit a relative who lives nearby so the hotel was well located for what we were looking for. The hotel is set in landscaped grounds and is impressive when you drive in. Reception is nice and the staff most helpful. The rooms are large (executive twin) with a large single beds and sizeable bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Robes and slippers are a nice touch. The fixtures are a little dated but worked fine, furniture is quite badly scuffed...

「Older style of hotel with incredible staff and excellent value for the money. Large lobby areas where we saw travelers and families with kids playing while adults enjoyed drinks from the in-house pub and conversation. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was top notch with staff brewing coffee and tea to order. Staff even took time to help us puzzle out complex travel situations.」

「Overall, it is a nice hotel but we had some challenges with the amenities. It offered A/C which was a rare treat, but it only worked in one of the two rooms. We were excited to see ice machines, but couldn’t find one that worked. The tvs only got 7 channels and we had to call the office to get the room next to us to quiet down after being repeatedly woken up. The food and and drink at the restaurant were good and the place was clean and people friendly, but we were disappointed.」

「Nice facility with restaurant and pub on site. Great breakfast.」

「Friendly and supportive staff. Very responsive to enquiry before and during the stay. Regular shuttle bus to Dublin Airport 24/7. Definitely the choice if there is an early flight to catch.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Castleknock Hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and well-kept, and the overall facilities (including the dining options and leisure areas) were very good. Breakfast was enjoyable and the location worked well for us.The only disappointment was the view from our room — it overlooked the trash receptacles outside. It was a bit of an eyesore when we looked out the window. Everything else about the stay was excellent, and that was truly the...

「Good breakfast, room is big enough for 3 persons, bed is comfortable」

「As ever The Glenroyal was excellent and we enjoyed our short stay」
