「we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

「The room was fairly small. The bed was very UNCOMFORTABLE. We couldn’t change rooms as they were sold out. However, it probably wouldn’t have made a difference. There’s no refrigerator or microwave in the room. There’s no ice machine. We went to the bar to get ice, and were given a small bucket with about 4cups of ice. The restaurant is on the expensive side, and not great options. Overall 2/5 experience.」
