「The check-in process was terrible. We were not aware there would be no one available. It took over an hour to actually reach someone on the phone who could help us and give us instructions for access. It was very frustrating! Once we were inside we really liked the place and underground parking was very convenient. We could not get the TV’s to work. 「Where do I start? We decided to give this hotel a try since reviews were good and it was walking distance from restaurants and pubs. The first black mark was the fact that our keys didn't work. Not once, but both evenings we tried to get into our room (staying three nights) our keys did not work and we had to walk three flights two ways each time in order to get into our room. The second black mark is that no one cleaned or 'refreshed' our room for our whole stay. I specifically asked this time...
