Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

This property is listed as “Table Rock lake view” but the view from the room is of the back side of another condo building — there IS NO LAKE VIEW. The ONLY reason we booked a half-hour drive from Branson was for the lake view. We relied on a 9.8 review (which we no realize was NO REVIEWS). We expect some embellishment … sadly … but this was absurd. We could have overlooked the U-Haul parked blocking the room, the food left in the freezer, and the shabby lack of repairs outside … but to straight-up lie about the first line of the posting is just too much. BTW we have pictures to demonstrate all of this.
