"Our stay at the Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and truly made our trip unforgettable. One of the highlights was definitely the food. There were so many dining options to choose from, and every day we tried a different restaurant. Each meal was delicious, with a great variety of cuisines and excellent quality. It never felt repetitive, and we were always excited for the next dining experience. The swimming pool was also beyond incredible — easily one of the best hotel pools we have ever experienced. It was beautiful, relaxing, and extremely well maintained. My son absolutely loved it and had the best time during our stay. Seeing how happy he was made the experience even more special for our family. As for the facilities, there is honestly nothing to complain about. Everything was modern, clean, luxurious, and very well organized. You can really feel the high standards throughout the entire hotel. Most importantly, the staff were truly exceptional. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their hospitality was easily 10/10 and made us feel welcomed and cared for every moment of our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families. It was an unforgettable experience."

"Laundry facility worked well and convenient. There is a wall in the lobby that is interactive with kids that my daughter enjoyed. They have a welcome area from 2- 9 with candy, drinks, cotton candy and pancakes unlimited. Room very large and clean. There is a Family Mart at hotel as well, which was convenient for snacks, and medicine if needed. Subway 2 min away so easy to get too. Plus they have a Disney shuttle to and from both parks which was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay there again. "

"The hotel is located close to Tokyo Station, making it easily walkable to and from the hotel. We did have our large luggage delivered (great service) for a nominal fee, so only had carry-on bag/backpacks. The 16th floor lobby has beautiful views of the city, including Tokyo Tower. The rooms are located in the ascending floors from there. They're well appointed but smaller overall. They could use a bit more space for laying out luggage, which can get tricky with multiple pieces. While there was a small closet, the room had a king size bed, so a little give and take. The hotel felt secure making it easy to leave belongings behind without worry while sightseeing, etc. It's definitely more in the business district, but felt comfortable enough for touring. We were unable to try the restaurant for dinner due to a child age minimum. We did try the breakfast buffet which offered Japanese dishes (i.e., miso soup, dim sum) along with a crepe station & traditional eggs, etc. Everything was temperature appropriate and very tasty. I would definitely consider staying here in the future, and enjoyed this one."
