「We booked this property in July for travel overseas over Christmas and New Year’s, and the confirmation email at the time of payment was from VRBO, but upon arrival, we had no access information. We messaged the host through VRBO with no response and tried to call directly, but the call did not connect, likely due to being overseas. VRBO support was also unable to reach the host and instructed us to secure alternative accommodations immediately, which we did. The access information was...

「入住邊間的奢華雙床房，窗外景色很棒，海景很美！房內備品很齊全，除了盥洗用品，保養品，浴袍，連睡衣都有，真的很完整！房內有快煮壺、也有咖啡機可煮咖啡和泡茶，還有提供點心和酒水，冰箱內還有迎賓水果盤和飲料可自由取用！ 床還滿好睡的，但其中有一張床比較舊壓到或睡覺翻身會發出聲音有點吵，白日房內採光不錯，但晚上光線偏暗，有淋浴間及大浴缸可泡澡。 若需要洗衣服，Ground floor有洗衣機可投幣洗衣及烘衣，也有洗劑可購買！ 飯店員工服務都不錯，人都很和善，尤其替我們辦理入住手續的飯店服務人員，服務很好，非常周到，除了幫我們安排機場接送，因爲回國當天要搭ㄧ大早的班機，前天還很貼心的詢問是否要幫忙準備隔日的早餐盒外帶，真的很貼心！」

「酒店位於海灘附近，鄰近又有around 1，小商場及超市！ 酒店亦有利木津巴士到那霸機場，十分方便！ 酒店櫃台職員主動有禮，當日早上己到了酒店寄存行李，遊覽完晚上完成check-in手續後，行李亦幫我們送到房間內，很貼心！ 房間很大而且舒適，整潔乾淨！房內亦有提供空氣清新機，浴室亦很大亦有浴缸！ 室外泳池可以看到美麗日落，而且是暖水池！非常舒服」
