Fern and Forest is conveniently right off of Route 17 but sits in a very quiet, relaxing spot. The host could not be more available or attentive to anything you need. This will definitely be the spot where we stay when we return to the area!”

“Fast easy check in. Gorgeous place. House was very clean. Beds were comfy. Pool was clean and water was warm. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We had no phone service there but the WiFi worked great. We had our kids with us and they loved it too. We will stay here again next time we are in the area. Highly recommend.”

“The property was everything we wanted. It was very clean and comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The dock area was big and new. We caught our own crabs right from the dock and had a fresh crab boil for supper. Make sure you bring lights if you plan on using the dock at night. The stairs leading to dock are lit up but the dock is not. The covered deck was nice for early morning coffee and enjoying the outdoors in the midst of an afternoon shower. “Wonderful stay”

“So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same……
