"We had an emergency hospital visit while staying at the hotel and the staff was professional and helpful. They worked with us on extending, and then cancelling when we were not sure how long we needed to be the area. While we missed the shuttle to Busch Gardens and the large buffet breakfast that used to be included when we stayed before (over ten years ago), I still found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the location convenient to everything in the area."

Only negatives the bathroom is a little small. Don’t particularly like those coffee machines where you push the button. Prefer real coffee but most hotels are going to these. Location was great and it was quiet even at Christmastime "
