Outfitted with two twin beds.
Kitchen:
Equipped with standard amenities including a microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, countertop, sink, plates, and utensils. The garbage disposal can be operated using the switch located to the left of the sink. You'll find both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker, along with a selection of coffee. A hot water kettle is also available. We've also stocked a variety of kitchen supplies such as syrups and seasonings.
Dining Area:
Featuring a spacious dining table with 6 chairs. Additionally, barstools are provided for a comfortable dining experience at the concrete countertop.
Living Area:
Designed for relaxation, this area includes two couches, a chair and a coffee table.
Family/Game Room:
Entertainment awaits with a TV offering access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and similar platforms. Please note that cable TV is not included. Enjoy some friendly competition with the foosball table, arcade games, theater seating, and a 75" big screen tv that has youtubeTV, so you can watch your sport channels!
Fireplaces:
Kindly note that both fireplaces are ornamental and should not be used for heating purposes.
Camera Locations: One camera is located at the front door. One camera is located above the garage door facing the street.

This house was built in the 60's therefore the hallways are narrow and there is a step-down into the den/gameroom area.
