This unit features new luxury vinyl throughout, newer appliances including a newer washer & dryer in the dedicated laundry room. Gas range and oven, extra-deep double basin kitchen sink with pull-down sprayer. 10-in-1 AirFryer/Toaster/etc. and a microwave. Herringbone butcher-block countertops and pearlescent Subway tile backsplash. Bright Fiestaware dishes, copper touches, pots and pans and an assortment of essential gadgets for your cooking pleasure!

Furnishings are a mix of old and new and give the space a homey and cozy vibe. Plush velvety throw pillows and bedding, a new 40" smart TV, handmade coffee table, and deep comfortable couch and a gas fireplace for warming up on colder nights.

Home sleeps 2-4 guests with a Queen bed in the single bedroom. This is a platform bed with a 12" deep, medium plush, gel memory mattress with an additional, extra-thick, 3", cooling, Organic cotton pad cover with Down alternative mattress topper. Bed #2 is a self-inflating, Queen air bed that's provided automatically for groups of 3 or 4 and can be set up with premium bedding in the living area at night. Air fans, laundry hamper, felt coat hangers and bamboo shoe rack in closet to help you settle in.

There is also a dedicated workspace in the bedroom for those who need to tuck themselves away while working remote.

The bathroom is updated with digital, thermostat-controlled, heated flooring and a deep bathtub for soaking. Oversized 60" in vanity and blue glass Herringbone decorative tiles on the wall.

Private patio just off the laundry room with teak bistro set up for 2 guests to enjoy coffee or to dine al fresco in the summer.

Home is located walking distance to Kings Beach State Park and sandy beach (8 minute walk or 2 minutes by car). Kings beach is a buzzing and lively neighborhood that's mostly flat and very walkable. It's also under a mile to the nearest casinos and nightlife and less than 7 miles to Northstar, the closest ski resort or downhill biking adventure.

PETS accepted with per fee. $85 + tax for 1st pet, $50 + tax for subsequent pets. Not prorated.
