"Hotel was in a great location. Close to many great restaurants and the beach."

"The staff were wonderful, very helpful. The furniture in the lobby is shabby and needs replacing. The breakfast area is always busy and there aren't always seats available to eat. The food is decent, not a huge choice, but not bad. The location is also great. One block from the tour bus stop. One block from the beach. And lots of shopping and food nearby. The HVAC unit in the room was very quiet and worked well. And the shower was awesome."

"Overall, a very solid stay. Nothing fancy or over the top, but nice. The room was nice and clean with cute decor. The pool area was nice with several seats but can fill up fast. The location is a bit of a bummer as it's a bit of a walk to the beach and shops and restaurants but manageable. Yet my main criticism during my stay was the staff. Regardless of who you talked to, whether it was checking in or out at the front lobby, the towel attendant at the pool, or the bartender at the pool bar (Lost N Found), everyone was just frankly unfriendly. No matter the interaction, it was like they were bothered to have to interact with you. I just expected a more warm bubbly environment but absolutely did not get that here. For our next stay, I will look else but it was a solid stay for this week."

"The property and staff were amazing and very accommodating. One thing to be careful about when booking through a third party like Expedia: they may show rooms with features like a balcony and ocean view, but you could end up with a much smaller, less desirable room. In my case, the fine print indicated there was no balcony. That said, the staff at the Sheraton were fantastic. They helped move me to a different room that was a bit larger. It still didn’t have a patio, but I didn’t mind thanks to their excellent service."

"Good hotel near a lot of stores and restaurants. Beach is a block away. Had issues with our room, hot water was scorching hot and we needed to change rooms on our second day due to a broken hot water valve in the shower. Quite noisy on other nights. "
