We all loved our week at Grace Cottage,Heacham.Three generations from 2 to 74.Something for everyone.We were blessed with beautiful weather.Hopefully we can stay again.

Well appointed property

This is a lovely house. It’s a shame that the first 2 days of our holiday we had to deal with the heating not working and tradesmen in the house for 5.5 hours until 10.30 at night. It’s a shame the apparently not on burglar alarm went off . It’s a shame the hot tub cover is broken and is bulky and heavy to manually lift on and off. It’s a shame the heating wasn’t fixed so managing it was a daily job and one of my daughters had to deal with a very hot room as the radiators were broken and uncontrollable. Lovely property, not a very restful stay.

Family Holiday

Fabulous big spacious house. You couldn’t want for more. The owner’s had really given a lot of thought into providing everything you could need for a great holiday. I special mention to the agent’s as well they were easy to deal with very helpful and I can recommend this house to everyone. O yes and the neighbours are really nice too! Neal

Perfect in every way.

Booked the venue as a surprise for my wife’s 60th birthday celebrations. Got the rest of the family in and settled before we arrived, and was she surprised oh yes lol. Wanted a place that slept 8 adults 2 children and one nine month old and Grace cottage seemed to fit the bill. I can say that when we had a look round I wasn’t disappointed it was very clean tidy spacious and well equipped and appointed. We all had very comfortable bedrooms and the baby has his very own nursery. It was very warm and everyone had space to relax with a snug/games room and main lounge and big kitchen diner. Outside we took advantage of the games room and hot tub. It was in a nice quiet location near the sea and local amenities. We all loved it.

A wonderful stay in Grace Cottage!

Three generations of my family stayed at Grace Cottage over New Year and it was just perfect. Every need was catered for, from the very well-stocked kitchen (no scrabbling around for plates or having to wash up cups as soon as you'd used them!), lovely bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, to the family room loaded with games, the study loaded with books and the utility room that was very useful for de-sanding our little dog after a romp on the beach! The owner has taken a lot of effort to provide plenty of soft furnishings and finishing touches to make this property really feel like a home-from-home. Indeed, having left our own homes shortly after Christmas for our stay, it was a wonderful surprise to find Grace Cottage beautifully decorated with a big wreath on the front door and tasteful and thoughtful Christmas decorations throughout, including a tree with mock presents underneath. We certainly did not miss out on any homely Christmas vibes! The property is in a peaceful street with a lovely big garden, offering very nice breakfast views (as well as a brilliant outdoor space to enjoy, weather permitting). The hot tub was great fun, particularly at night under the stars with the disco lights going :) My parents are in their 70s and my nieces under 10, yet this property satisfied all of their needs and wants. We would go back to Grace Cottage in a heartbeat.
