「Very clean and inviting and a excellent breakfast 」

「Excellent first rate property, room was perfect facing the quiet garden area. We sat out on the balcony and had coffee and tea in the morning. The night before had a swim and enjoyed the sauna, steam room and pool. Later had a wonderful meal in the ring room. If we’re in the region again, we’ll definitely stay, and hopefully for a little longer!」

「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「Great place for short stop over」

「Room was clean and comfortable, food was lovely, the staff were brilliant and helpful. The only problem was the remote control for the tv didn't work and staff didn't seem to know how to fix it. While it's certainly not the most important thing we all know 99% of hotels have got TV's in them, it's standard these days so the staff should be trained in how to work or set up the remotes and there should always be spares. There should be a set of instructions near the reception or even in the rooms...
