「In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare. Regards Mark Chow 」

「It is at the Star casino which is very vibrant and convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Coles is right next door. Darling Harbour is 15 mins walk. Overall it is a very pleasant stay. Room is generally clean but can do a little better. It is a bit dusty and on a few occasions towels had stains. 」

The original concierge /reception gentleman was extra kind and thoughtful enough to allow me an early check in without charge until his female manager stopped him and demanded I pay an early check in fee of AUD100 to which I refused.
