“My wife and I arrived at Gruene Cottages about about 5pm, having notified GC that we would arrive later in the evening. Upon my arrival I realized that my reservation was for an upstairs cottage. This was an issue as I am in my late 70s and can’t manage stairs. I met with the manager on duty.
