Pet Policy:

No pets are permitted at this property. $1,000 non-refundable pet fee per pet will be charged to any pet brought to the property without the written consent of Horseshoe Bay Living.

Getting Around:

Exploring the stunning Texas Hill Country and Kingsland is best done with a car, as it is the preferred mode of transport in the region. At our luxurious holiday rental property, we understand the importance of seamless travel experiences. Therefore, our dedicated concierge team is available to assist with arranging private transport, ensuring you can easily navigate the area and experience all it has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:



- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sun cream before entering the water.

- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.
