Brand new home located across street from Coastal College of Ga, 15 minutes from downtown Saint Marys, Ga, 10 minutes to Kingsbay Naval Base, catch the Cumberland Harbor boat to sight see at Cumberland Island, 30 minutes from Jekyll Island, an hour to Savannah, Ga & 45 minutes to Fernandina Beach, Fl., home is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, Home sleeps 8, completely furnished, lots to do in surrounding areas.

There is also absolutely no Crypto Minning allowed!

The home was well located within about 30 to 40 minutes of Amelia. Newer, clean house with comfortable beds and accommodations. The floor plan worked well with my group of friends. Good value.

No pictures of the backyard, it is open, no fence and there is a road behind the house but not noisy. Would recommend if the carpet was cleaned or replaced

Great place, super clean
Great communication with owners. House is great and suitable for children to older adults. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Beds are super comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors friendly. Easy to walk around. House is convenient to beaches, Cumberland Island, Amelia island and stores. We would stay here again if in the area. A++++++

What a hidden gem.
I couldn’t have been happier with this rental or the property management for our stay. We were relocating to the area and needed something for a few weeks. I’m not going to lie I was a little skeptical with no reviews but I’m SO glad we took the risk. The house is large and brand new. It was plenty of room for 2 toddlers to chase themselves around, a grandma, great grandma, and mom n dad to feel comfortable and at home. It was close enough to Yulee where we had a lots going on for our move. There was an incident with something in the house and I was amazed with the quick response and above and beyond resolution. Overall a wonderful house, amazing beds, and great host!

We were the first to stay at this property and they had everything we needed for our week stay.
It was great! We didn’t need to bring our own towels or linens as it was all provided for us. It was better then staying at a hotel as we could sit all together around the table and play games at night or just have conversations. I would recommend this property for an VRBO rental.
