Stay at this spacious 1 BR apartment located on the 1st floor of its New Kingston complex just walking distance from major banks, offices, hotels, Emancipation Park, jogging trail, nightlife, restaurants and attractions. The property is in a great location...close to everything. The surroundings were clean...friendly and helpful security staff and Janice was nice as usual. I enjoyed my stay.

Was mir nicht gefällen hat, es gab keinen warmen wasser. Schlafzimmer mit der Küche in einem gefällt mir nicht, sonst einem super appartment. Das bett war mega angenehm zum schlafen. Der Umgebung, war sicher und super schön. Danke Janice, ich kommen noch mal gerne zum übernachten.

Living room was too hot no air conditioning only a fan … only air conditioning in the bedroom and it doesn’t work when the bedroom door is open

I had a nice experience there. No complaints, I like to stay in the general area where I am familiar with. There was no experience with the apartment away from the area of Kingston was hot but there is an air conditioner in the bedroom but not the front area. The place was alright.

Janice was friendly, gave tour of the apartment. Allowed check-in a little earlier. The apartment was clean and had everything for a stay. I will rent again .
