I loved everything about it! It's peaceful, quiet, friendly staff who leave you alone and don't bother you about anything, normal amenities like tea, bottles of cold water and snacks. If you get the 2nd floor I think you would have a very nice view as well. Also I'm a single female traveler from abroad The rooms are safe and you can bolt lock them from inside. The AC is kicking. Loved my stay and will be back soon.

Place had a lot of mold in the kitchen and bathroom, I didn’t use the shower as a cockroach came out of it. No internet service so no tv. I would never go back there.

I had an Expedia booking, but the property wouldn't honor it. After waiting over two hours for the staff to reach the manager, I was told I had to pay again in cash. Apparently, they don't accept Expedia bookings.

Wifi issues!! For the first day wifi only worked outside of the room, not inside; after that, it didn't work at all. My family and friends tried to reach me for two days and couldn't get me. This is a problem because loved ones will be worried and the guest can't call a taxi or order food. There's also no kitchen. The property needs to be updated. Thankfully there's hot water and AC. Wifi nonetheless, is the most important service that travelers need, and it's advertised on their website but the service doesn't work. They have many networks and all networks read "connected but no Internet." I'm very upset about this stay because I missed out on a lot since I wasn't able to make any calls to anyone. I'd appreciate a partial refund.

Guest Review for Tropical Manor Inn I regret to share my disappointing experience during my stay at Tropical Manor Inn. Despite making a confirmed reservation and arriving after 7 PM, I had to wait approximately two hours for the security personnel to verify that I had already paid. This was an unnecessary delay that could have been avoided with better communication and preparation. Additionally, I was not informed in advance about the requirement for a deposit for the room key and remote control, which caused further inconvenience. Upon being assigned a room, I was disheartened to find that it was not cleaned, the television was non-functional, and the Wi-Fi was inaccessible. Due to these issues, I had to request a room change. Moreover, the surrounding area seemed unsafe, with a notable risk of encountering incidents like robbery, which heightened my concern for personal safety. I hope the management will address these issues promptly to ensure future guests have a more positive experience. A focus on improving communication, room readiness, and safety measures would significantly enhance overall guest satisfaction.
