"This property is excellent. The staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. My friend was very excited about the place. The check in clerk was not the most friendly and was more rigid than was necessary? But the other staff and their friendly attitude made up for and feelings I had about the start of the encounter. Again, this place will be one of my go to when I am in Kingston "

"We stayed here for four days and the pool was closed for the first three days. When we asked about it the staff were dismissive. We felt like every time we asked for anything, we were being scrutinized (there were three of us and two sets of towels and when we asked for another set they wouldn’t give us one without being thoroughly questioned even though we booked for two adults and a child). We also had to ask numerous times to get our room cleaned. This is not a place we will stay again."

"A lot of confusion checking in so that made the first interaction terrible . WiFi didn’t work the entire night so I had barely any means to communicate. "

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Shame they only give one coffee capsule for two people though! Food was very average and the whole hotel lacks warmth and character. "

"Breakfast bar menu was mediocre not much selection and the portions are small. No pool and tv/ cable did not work during the majority of the stay. Would not recommend "
