Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites. It was clean and I felt safe the whole time

The view was beautiful and the property was clean, however, no soap or bathroom amenities were provided, very limited meal options, there was no tea area or mini fridge or kitchenet or any type of desk and chair or closet or dresser in the room, the pool was out of commission, the walls needed a face lift & basic maintenance to the room and although it was a private room, every single sound from the other person's room could be heard so I imagine they could hear us too.

My baby had on a white socks and one time on the floor the socks was so dirty. Staff was not friendly there wasn’t much staff either just the host and his family. Interaction felt forced nothing felt genuine. The shower head was damaged! I was traveling from St Elizabeth with a young baby called and asked for directions or for shuttle pick up there were not much assistance there. I had to struggle through Kingston trying to find my way to the property myself. It was so far if you are staying there and don’t drive bring sufficient food and water, you won’t be able to order takeout. The bar is only open when the host is available. I hate writing bad reviews. But I guess for the cost you basically get what u paid. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star property but the level of unprofessionalism was unexpected at one point I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome I just wanted to leave. If you don’t truly want to be in the service industry don’t, if you are doing it just for the money then that makes no sense. What put the icing on the cake, I went for breakfast I had my baby in my hand my room was less than a minute from where they served food the host/ person in the kitchen looked at me dry eyed and said he wants to see how I’m gonna bring the tray with the food and the baby. He offered no assistance I don’t know if it’s me but I felt as if he could have offered to take the tray for me to the room. I had to leave the food, go to the room put down the baby and come back. I was like wow!

The property was a good escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s definitely a secluded location but a very short drive into the city. The entire staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating.

Stay in the jungle while in Kingston. The road leading to the property is amazing, like going through a tropical forest. Excellent views from our room and of Kingston. Just one thing, if you arrive late, let them know well in advance, so that they're ready to receive you.

It's located up on a hill in a very isolated area. It was a bit scary. There was nothing in the bathroom, no shampoo, no shower gel, no soap. The room had only the beds; there was nothing to put anything on. The structure was too basic! I wouldn't stay here again.

Gets better every time I return. Friendly helpful staff. Lost my key to the Love Nest. The staff found it and return the key with a smile and understanding. The bar has a great mountain view and is well stocked.

I called the day before and spoke with someone about confirming late check-in. Unfortunately nobody was available to check me in or answer any of my calls. I had a very long journey to this place and ended up having to stay with the taxi driver whome I didn't know. The worst part is the location was falsely advertised. The place was far from civilization.

We was suppose to be picked up at the airport but didn't see the driver and we waited as instructed. The place had a oder and if you don't like cats don't go because a kitten came into our room and im not a cat person only dog i like.There was a dead roach and alive one that was crawling on my feet. I had to pay for taxi service i didn’t receive. I will not be going there anymore or recommending to my friends and family to staying there. The only thing i like is they had hot water.

No one told me that kings worth is high up in the mountain top, going up the mountain, i was so frightened i thought i was going to die. my entire stay, I was on the edge. Jamaica is a beautiful place along with its people. if you like nature and mountain climbing then stay at Kings Worth. I would say this only i continue my stay because of a young man who runs the entire place who’s name is TJ, he was very hospitable, and made me forget about everything else what was going wrong on my trip. Thank you TJ for everything you did for us. Bear in mind. It’s also very costly to get up the mountain and to come down the mountain each day. Make sure you take water and food up there, they have a share kitchen you can use to cook. the bathroom is very very old and out dated. If you are not in good health to walk up at least 50 or more stairs to your room, don’t book.
