"The room was NOT clean, sheets were dirty, as well as sheets. Heater didn't work, flies in the room, I paided for a studio king bed, when I arrived I was informed room was not available any longer. I was provided a two twin bed. I asked for a refund, which I was decline, I have to contacted Expedia the same way I booked and paided. In addition, no one available at front desk. you had to call a number and then someone will come at front. Very very disappointed"

The apartment was on the road side not the lake side. Host was very helpful and provided great suggestions of places to visit ."
