“This was an ideal location for our family reunion. We were very comfortable! We had ample room to 9 people to sleep, a well appointed kitchen, and a good proximity to many attractions. There were many books, games, and amenities available including a pool table, puzzles, different types of coffee makers, etc. The host was readily communicative and accessible. Our only wish is that there were some bathmats, a couple more towels, and sheets available for the person who slept on the couch. Thank……

For anyone looking at this listing you will see that the hot tub is an essential part of the property and heavily advertised. When going to the outer banks, this feature is essential when the ocean is often cold and rough. “The property was clean. The property owner provided all of the essentials that you would need during your stay. The hatteras realty never responded to us when we had an issue with the HVAC system keeping up on a 89 degree day. The house got to 84 degrees.”
