“Easy parking, extremely helpful staff and excellent beach access!! It was super comfortable and well supplied. Super cute and definitely would stay here again One of the beds was way hard and there was strange smell, but those are my only concerns.”

“My 1st review was removed and the property telephoned me on my private cell phone to basically "tell me off" - contravening the privacy policy of Expedia. The property itself was fine. The suite was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and very quiet. My only concern was this hotel had no staff and no office. I booked by Expedia under the term "Hotel", and received a message asking me to fill out and sign 3 forms which I did and then provide a $350 refundable deposit which I did as well. I then……

“No problems with checking in - the guy was very nice and helpful. The hotel was only open for three months after being closed for a year and a half for remodeling. We were on the first floor (the elevator was broke, which didn't affect us) away from the lobby and had no noise issues, though we got there later and were getting up earlier. The hotel is right next to the beach with a short walking path through the dune at the corner of the property. Our room was a 2-full bedroom with a sofa bed.……

“This property is old but quaint. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom has an old-time sink and there is no flat space for the things you use in the bathroom. We were on the second floor of three but there is no elevator. The breakfast choice was unique and great. You receive a certificate for a local restaurant. Overall we would stay again.”

“Adorable inn right on the water. Staff was super friendly! It’s an older building so there’s some reasonable “character” here and there but overall you can see it’s a well cared for. Its location is wonderful and we would definitely stay again!”

“Hotel location was perfect. Walkway to the beach was easily accessible, clear, and padded for your feet with multiple shower heads to rinse. Staff was amazing, specifically the front desk and Naya. From the initial check-in to the checkout. The front desk staff setup a wine night and cookies later. They even brought out the wine/cheese after the event was over. The hotel breakfast was great. The menu changed every day, but not too much. It had a great variety and tasted great. The breakfast……

The owners were so helpful in finding things to do, places to eat, and just telling us a little history of the area. Their breakfast was amazing too, with eggs straight from the chickens they raise! “Where do I begin....this property was filthy....filthy, the shower water, which I assume is well water STINKS! I let it run a bit just to get it flowing and still....IT STINKS...I didn't want to shower in it....so I bought a bunch of gallons of water and bird bath it in the bathroom sink.... The BED...the mattress was non existent..called housekeeping, they said sorry this bed is very old. Didn't this property just get renovated?
