"Beach views on 3 sides, sound view on 1 side. There is a house in front of this house, but the upper level clears the roofline. Company was very easy to work with and quick to respond to our needs. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the comfort zone. The location was amazing, right on the beach. There is a huge wraparound deck that allowed our dog to outside but kept him contained. My favorite part was the guest house that is connected to the main space by the deck. The kids slept in there, had their own bathroom and TV, so they could play Xbox all day like normal. There’s a loft with a bed and also a sleep sofa in there. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Wonderful home with spacious rooms and fantastic views. Decks were awesome with more than enough furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and moonlit nights! Nice open kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating. Definitely look forward to coming back to this gorgeous home again!! Oh and the hot tub was much larger than I expected, very enjoyable stay and highly recommend"

"I booked this trip in March. Due to Hurricane Erin, our original booking (this one) had to be switched. Initially, I was grateful that Vacasa found another rental for us, even though it wasn’t right on the beach. I asked for a refund of the difference in price and was told the new rental was more expensive. There is no way what we were switched to cost more than this one! Upon check in, there was dirty bedding in the dining area and living room, no clean bedding or towels. We waited about 4 hours, our entire first evening, for bedding and towels in order to make our own beds. Next, a lady showed up our first morning there to feed the cats on the property put there “to keep down the rat population” as the lady shared. Day 3 we saw a roach (also pictured). I have been in contact with Vacasa and they are refusing any compensation stating that the bug pictured was probably a water bug. I disagreed and questioned why no compensation is being considered because the bug may not have been a roach and why none of the other issues are being addressed. I was informed they put in a ticket to another department and someone should reach out to me, but as it stands now, they are not willing to provide any compensation."
