「Pool was nasty enclosed no cabanas no beach access as in the booking description. AC did not work in room.」

「Wonderful beach hotel. Super clean and well-maintained. Furniture in the room felt brand new (including a pull-out sofa that I don’t think had ever been used before). Great beach access and nice pool area. Our family including 3 very active little boys had a blast. Breakfast and happy hour were very nice and thoughtful touches for the guests. Feels like a boutique hotel but with resort quality features. 10/10 would recommend!」

They are very helpful, funny, everyone of their dining suggestions were spot on., and as good as our meals were, breakfast was the best meal of the day. 「We love staying here, the location and view is always wonderful. Our room was clean and taken care of, only downfall we noticed this past stay was that the elevator stopped working (things happen, we understand) but also the outdoor showers to rinse your belongings off didn’t work at all. These are minor things but when paying a larger price tag, we do expect everything to be functional. I do wish the breakfast area wasn’t so packed and more spaced out because it gets crowded quickly.」

「The floors were very sandy. I just checked my credit card and I was charged $200.00 for the pet fee that I was quoted $100.00. Their dog park was full of holes and tall weeds. I asked when they were going to cut the tall weeds and 5 days later the weeds all around the hotel still hadn’t been cut. For a Marriott that place needed a lot of maintenance work inside and outside. The breakfast was okay and the clean up ladies were very nice.」

「I never received my room number and door code. Fortunately a staff member called the office for me which is not on site. There is an office, but no one was attending it. The rooms are not exactly how the pictures portrayed them. The rooms are very small. What makes up for that is the close proximity to the beach access. I was overall satisfied with the room, but was unhappy with the size of it.」
