"Loved our spring break week at the house! Centrally located in OBX, so a great jumping off point to go north or south. Amazing location right on the beach, south side of house looks towards open beach without development, which made it quieter / more private. The layout was perfect for family / friend groups. The highlight was proximity to the beach from the house (easy access right over the dunes), with unobstructed views of the ocean from main floor and second level. We would book again!"

"This rental is in an excellent location neither too close to the beach nor too far. The beach house was everything as advertised and more. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. Our stay was at the beginning of the season so our days were warm and the nights cool. We liked that we were far enough away from the business areas (quiet) but not so far for restaurants and services. Overall we loved staying at this location!"

"The house was perfect! It was spacious, yet had a cozy feel. All of the rooms were comfortable with amazing views of the ocean from the living area and bedrooms. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. There was a downstairs bedroom with a working Pac Man machine that was a lot of fun. The best feature was the two outside decks which had plenty of chairs to sit and watch the waves. You can’t get any closer to the ocean than this house! Loved our stay! We even extended our stay for an extra day. Highly recommend!"

"My family and I really enjoyed our last minute trip to the beach. The house is basically right on the beach with great views. It was a clean comfortable stay and Samantha was quick to respond. We will be back!"

"This was a real clean home with a good ocean view. However, parking was nonexistent. I tried to park next to the property and got stuck in the sand. I had to park in another lot and by the pool house, which caused us a further walk (with luggage) to and from the house. The other down fall was the numerous amout of dead fish. around the property. I was told this was a cold stunt event (ocean temperature drop below 32 degrees) so i cant hold this against the property, however, we believe there should have been an effort to remove the fish I think the best thing is not to come in March."

"Absolutely horrible! The property needs to be condemned, as it’s unsafe and completely inhabitable. It’s pretty much falling into the ocean and looks like it’s been abandoned for years. Luckily I was able to work with my bank to get it refunded, as the property management and owners weren’t cooperative."

"Location of the beach house to the ocean and town was perfect!! Far enough from town to be quiet but close enough to get to what we needed within 10 minutes. Beach was steps from the house and could hear the waves from inside the house. Coffe on the deck watching the waves was great!! Pool was right next to the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Beds were comfortable enough to crash after a day of adventuring."
