"Danny advised us before we even arrived that there was a problem with the 2nd A/C system. He already had an HVAC tech scheduled and in a day or so he arrived and took care of it. We accept that things can happen but he took the initiative to lets us know before we even arrived. The place worked so well for us because my wife and I could be isolated from my daughter and her friends! The pool was an absolute bonus as well.We'll probably book this next year and that's unusual for us given we've been visiting OBX for 35 years."

"My family and I stayed the week of June 16th 2026. The host was amazing at keeping in touch even sending cool things to do down there such as live music when she seen stuff pop up and everything. The house was even better in person. All the rooms were very nice size the beds are all very comfortable. The pool was clean hot tub was clean and there was so much space for us all. The hosts were very accommodating and the walk to the beach was very short and easy. The pier had live music evening we were down there and we enjoyed that too. We will for sure be back. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home. "

"The house was super clean and very comfortable. We had a great view of the beach. The house came with so many things that made the stay very easy. Rodanthe is a great area with wonderful views and easy access to everything. The fenced dog area made it super easy for Ruby. Thank you very much for the wonderful family memories and for being great host."

"The host was excellent about responding quickly to any issues.House keeping was not the best. The house was not as clean as I would prefer. They also forgot to leave bedspreads for beds. The owner took care of that promptly! However, with a little clean up we got things in order. It would have been nice to have had something other than a broom to keep floors clean. The jets on inside tub did not work. A number of electrical outlets on main floor did work properly. The hot tub cover was in very poor condition and the rusty hooks made it difficult to release strap. The water was low in hot tub not covering jets. I assume this was due to previous guest not filling tub. There is a hose with very easy access to hot tub. The trash cans were both full, when we arrived so we had no where to put our trash until Tuesday after pickup. Again, previous guest did not put trash out on Friday, it appears.There were items that I understood would be furnished and they were not. There had been a change on contract after we booked. Bring your own beach towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, soaps. With all this said the house is very close to beach and we had a lovely time! The host could not have been more responsive."
