"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house! It was spacious, spotless, and had more than enough room for our family, including my sister and her family. The layout was perfect, our kids had their own space to hang out, watch TV, and play games, while the adults could relax in a separate living area or prepare meals in peace.The location couldn’t have been better. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy for the kids to enjoy the ocean whenever they wanted. There was also a bike shop within walking distance, where we rented bikes and explored the island. We rode everywhere, from cruising around the neighborhood to visiting local restaurants, and it made our vacation even more memorable.Kelley was also a wonderful host. She was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.This beach house has everything you need and was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and experience everything beach and island life has to offer. We made wonderful family memories here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing beach getaway. We hope to come back again soon!"

"Craig's place was, by far, one of the best places we've found in our decades of visiting the Outer Banks! The remodel was well done, and the house was extremely clean. The distance to the beach is excellent and the fact that the deck is new was a welcome change of pace. Also, for the first time, we were actually able to drink the water dispensed from the fridge! It was really nice not having to worry about buying jugs of water. If you have a smaller group, don't hesitate to check our Craig's place!"

"Host was excellent and quick responding prior to and during the stay. The house was nice, with a great in-ground pool and awesome views of the dunes and even the ocean from rooftop terrace. Plus a short walk over the dunes to the beach.First time at OBX and we really loved it."

"We came here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect time and house!! Easy entry, clean, comfortable, all the amenities one could need. Perfect location, much more affordable than most others. And our hosts…they are awesome. "Overall the house was beautiful, couple of small things, the pool area could have been a lot cleaner.. pine needles everywhere and chairs were dirty with no cushions, none of the ceiling fans on the top floor worked for the entire week. The deck furniture was kinda of tossed everywhere, including blocking the top level gate when we arrived.and most of the windows seals were filled with blown sand and hard to open. But the house itself was beautiful, spacious and had plenty of games and comfortable seating with great views. The beds were comfy for all of us, washer/dryer worked great. Plenty of room for all of us, 7 adults and 1 small child. Kithrn had everything you would need, and the hot tub was enjoyable. Would rent and work with surf and sound in the future."
