"Beautiful home right on the beach & close to pier. The view was AMAZING! Fully stocked kitchen with an additional refrigerator on the ground floor for back up supplies. Floor plan was ideal for large group lounging on the top floor, yet bedroom suites, game room & hot tub allowed for smaller group connection. Perfect escape for our 20 something children, parents, and siblings. First time celebrating Christmas at the beach. We highly recommend booking yours! Would love to return each season. "

"House was perfectly located! Had 2 tv's broken. Dishwasher needs repaired. Kitchen was stocked nicely. It could use some plastic bowls for storing leftovers. The outside of the house at the showers needs updated and cleaned. We swept a big path into the house so the sand wouldn't be tracked in. But the only thing worth complaining about was the weather. It was cold and windy!! Thanks for the stay!!"

"We arrived a little early and contacted Steve via VIRBO and he informed us that the property had been cleaned and allowed us to start our vacation before check in time. This is huge if you have two young kids who have been in the car for a long trip. One of the hot tub deck steps came loose and he had it fixed the next morning. I would say reviews of the house from previous guests were accurate and if you’re looking for a quiet beach house, this is a good one. There are great ocean views on most of the deck. The pool was pretty private and provided a nice spot for everyone to hang out. There were three adults and two children on our trip and we felt that we had plenty of room. If I’m ever back in Rodanthe, I would book this house again. "
