“Let us start off by saying we had an awesome time in the Irvington House. The renovations are beautiful and fully appreciated. The pictures are accurate, when we arrived the house was exactly as described. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and remote control fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. The dishwasher washer and dryer was an amazing plus (dishwasher tabs/laundry detergent & dryer sheets were provided) . We appreciate the fenced yard and driveway. We did not have……

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit.”

“Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house.……

“Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have”
