“Nous avons passé 6 nuits, en famille dans cet appartement. Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Il est situé juste à côté de la gare pour aller à Manhattan. Très pratique pendant le semaine, le PATH est beaucoup moins fréquent le week-end. Le quartier est un peu moyen mais ça va quand même. Très contents du rapport qualité-prix étant donné les prix du logement aux Etats-Unis.”

“House Rules: Respect our towels and sheets? Need to be clear. Does this mean they are for the owner since this is a rental in their house; because I didn’t get to use any. I don’t know both were used by the same person or what. Leave a towel and wash cloth in the room instead. Thank you.”

“We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!”

“This property is perfect for those wanting an affordable place near NYC. Pictures are 100% accurate as the host was available to answer any questions I had. Located via a short drive to Penn Station to get you into Manhattan. My only concern is the neighborhood seems older and ran down. The overall environment of this part of Newark is a little rough and loud but not a deal breaker. I would stay here again as this option is WAY BETTER than a hotel in cleanliness, space, service and overall……

“Roomy, clean and nicely appointed. I would suggest that the steep stairs are mentioned. I am 79 and found them a little tiring. Also, perhaps an extra blanket or two. I would book again”
