“Very nice resort. Our room was very clean although I will mention that there was kind of a musty smell so we felt the need to open the windows quite a bit to get fresh air. There are screens on the windows so that was not an issue. Breakfast was really nice so was the pool and hot tub. If anyone from management reads this review, it would be good to get a new clock in the indoor pool area it's not working... “Wonderful sitting area and well kept property”

“it is a charming property which is 250 years old. Everyone is friendly and cheerful and it has a very calm atmosphere. Some of the paintings and decor are exceptional. The road is a little bit noisy. That was probably the biggest negative. But the chairs is comfortable and it’s a very nice environment.”

“What a wonderful stay we had. Listening to the river right outside the window was so peaceful and relaxing. The owner was very kind and always waved hello when he saw us. The room was large. Large tv with Roku. Bed was comfy. Small refrigerator worked well for our drinks and leftovers. Just a great stay. We will absolutely be back. ”
