“This is a no frills motel. The rooms are nicely decorated and the location is conveniently located to numerous trails nearby. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to save the stay for us. Our shower didn’t have hot water (not even lukewarm), the closet door was nearly impossible to open, there weren’t enough towels, the bathroom has no hooks/no place to set things on the vanity, no housekeeping, and the no-contact check-in felt very impersonal. Overall, the property has so much potential, but we……

“We enjoyed breakfast both mornings. The room was spacious and quaint. Unfortunately, despite putting the sign on the door as directed our room was not cleaned. We had dinner at the Inn one evening. Meal was good but waited almost an hour for our appetizer. A new staff member (her first day) was very pleasant and helpful. Overall a good stay and we would return.”

“The owner has just taken possession so going forward it should get better. Pool was not open and disgusting. Our friend had a cockroach on his toothbrush.”

“A great place to pass the time or a quick getaway to the mountains. Lovely views and great amenities to entertain the family. Cute gift shop and great view of the river while eating in the restaurant. Nice atmosphere, local music and friendly staff. Room was very nice, updated w an electric fireplace, Bluetooth speaker, fridge and microwave. Better than I expected when I arrived.”

“The Mount Coolidge was very clean and was located very convenient for our activities. The owners were very friendly and allowed us a late check out time, which was very much appreciated! If in the area, I would stay there again if I was visiting the Woodstock/Lincoln area!”

“Good. But air conditioners were too loud.”

“The staff were very nice. The rooms were dated but the bed was super comfortable. The bedspread was dirty and in the morning there were two mouse poops in the bed. The air conditioner was from 1975 and did not work. The bathroom was clean.”
